How long will it take for my order to be posted and arrive?
- Orders placed will be dispatched the following business day
- Standard Shipping – your order will arrive within 2-7 business days from date of dispatch
- Express Shipping – your order will arrive within 1-2 business days from date of dispatch

- We do not ship to PO BOXES
What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?
- You may have the option to choose ‘Safe Drop’ through your tracking notifications. If you choose this method, your parcel will be left safely where you have specified. It is important to note, if a safedrop is requested, LIL KICKS is not liable for any missing or damaged items.
- If safe drop is not available, Australia Post will leave a collection card and you will need to use this collection card to either collect the parcel from your nearest post office or organise a re-delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
- Orders over $100 will include free standard shipping
- Standard shipping for parcels under 500g (calculated automatically at your checkout stage) will be $10
- Standard shipping for parcels over 500g (calculated automatically at your checkout stage) will be $15
- Express shipping for parcels under 500g (calculated automatically at your checkout stage) will be $15
- Express shipping for parcels over 500g (calculated automatically at your checkout stage) will be $20

Returns
Am I eligible for a product return?
- We know that sometimes an item may not fit or be right. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of the order receipt and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund depending on your payment method and only if you meet the below return conditions.
- Please send us an email with your returns request and any details before returning a product. This allows for notification and we can organise you with your exchange, store credit or refund details as soon as possible.
Return Conditions:
- In original packaging and original condition
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked
- In re-saleable condition.
- Lil Kicks reserve the right to refuse any return request if the above conditions are not fully adhered to.
- Lil Kicks will cover return postage costs only if we have shipped you either wrong or faulty items from our initial dispatch. Shipping costs for returns due to wrong sizes or change of mind will be at the responsibility of the customer.
I have returned my order but not received my refund, store credit or exchange?
- Once your return order is received and processed back to Lil Kicks, any refunds or store credits will be processed within 48hours. You will receive this confirmation via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to return to your account from the email confirmation date.
